  • “One of, if not the most important learning experience of my life.”

    Damien Strouthos, The Twelve (Foxtel)

  • “Working with Micheal for 6 weeks has completely changed my approach to my career. I thought I was going to be working on the specific role I was preparing for but it became clear that I was working on my whole life. Together we refined my process, found techniques to better rehearse, work with others and keep the voices in my head at bay. It was a lot like therapy, but for my career. Anyone who wants to strip away the crap and refine how they approach their work and build a sustainable career should seek him out."

Jacob Warner, Hacksaw Ridge (Warner Bros)

  • “It dawned on me a few days after completion, but Mike and his courses are the best thing to ever happen to my acting career. By stripping away the roadblocks that have hampered me for years, I now approach my work and my life as an actor more relaxed, prepared and confident. I have discovered tools to address being overwhelmed in the moment and throughout the week that will only lead to great things. So glad this was recommended to me.”

Nick Drummond, Home & Away (Seven)

  • “This is a one of a kind experience. As an actor I have felt for years now that there were elements of my craft and lifestyle that needed addressing, but I was unsure of where to look for guidance. Mike has broken down what it means to live the life of an actor in this immersive, exciting and enabling program. From my very first encounter with Mike to my most recent session with him, he has displayed nothing but patience, curiosity, compassion and investment in my journey like I’ve never experienced. I can't recommend it highly enough. In short, I now feel prepared for whatever this industry throws at me…”

Jack Crumlin, To Kill a Mockingbird (West End)

  • "I cannot express how much love I have for Mike and this process. It lights me on fire. It’s practical and measurable in an industry and world that is neither."

    Andrew Shaw, Nautilus (Disney)

  • “So many coaches push acting "techniques”. Instead, Michael focuses on what works individually for each creative in order to feel free, energised, and utilises practical approaches to dealing with the pressure that comes with not only Auditions and the work, but the space between. Mentally sorting out and distilling my preparation has made me look forward to challenging scenes and auditions instead of fearing them. Could not recommend more.”

    Sam Delich

  • “Michaels absolute dedication to helping artists create a gentle, sustainable and positive relationship to their career is clearly born in years of applied knowledge and personal experience. I felt the teaching to be accessible, deeply personal and open to shifting in relationship to ones own unique needs and desires. Since Michaels work I have called on the systems and tools on multiple occasions and their application in my life has created an experiential shift that I am genuinely grateful for. Could not recommend enough!”

    Jerome Meyer

  • “I found this perfect for where I am at right now. Areas where I was grey got clarified and I walked away with actionable strategies to move me and my career forward! No one else is teaching this and it’s, in my opinion, the most important stuff to learn.”

    Ezekiel Simat

  • “The sessions with Mike were nothing short of great. His attention, information, and focus was generous, clear, and unwavering, and I finally feel like I have a refined, actionable game plan of the career I want moving forward."

    Alexandra Nell

  • “Therapy for your process. Distilled, specific to you and inspiring. Michael listens and curates the session, helping you find practical tools you can use to give the work you've always wanted to give.”

    Max Mayer-Rayment

  • “Grounding and enlightening. I loved how generous Michael was in sharing his personal experiences - it felt especially valuable as someone who is in the early stages of their career. Working with Michael has given me an insight into future possibilities, and provided a clear structure of how to make empowered choices in order to create my own artistic path."

    Tatiana Kotsimbos

  • “Working with Michael gave me the clarity and structure that I had been missing from my career. It was as if he was the big brother that I never had - guiding me to actionable strategies to be at my best for every stage of my career and life. I left with exceptional positivity about my career, life and future prospects.”

    Orland Norman

  • “Michael Sheasby has an uncanny ability to get down to the deepest possible truth and keep digging. The tools, processes and techniques that we developed have not only helped my craft and career, but I have been able to apply them to my life as well. Plus, throughout the entire six weeks I never felt cheated of a lesson. Mike gently demands honesty and vulnerability and brings absolute zero judgement and an open heart to every session. I have no doubt I will continue using and growing the processes we built over these sessions. I would recommend his work to any actor or artist looking for structure in their artistic pursuits, and confidence in themselves and their work.”

    Alexander Lloyd

  • “This process finds you again, doing you, YOUR way, with Mike as your process Sherpa. Mike kindly marries the work and self with ease. He gives you tangible tools to help you perform at your best, whilst discovering your gold nuggets. I've done a lot of classes and Mike's Blueprint is a truly unique format that is not being taught anywhere else. Mike has taught me more about acting under pressure, than any other artist. I've never felt more embraced and championed. His level of care for his fellow acting community in sharing and creating a better way to live and work is extraordinary.”

    Kate Hardy

  • “This work marks the beginning of a new chapter for me. Michael offers a no bullshit approach to dealing with real, everyday problems we face as actors and through his distillation process, offers a tangible process moving forward. Highly recommended.”

    Ethan Gibson

  • “This work has been the missing link between mindset and craft that I've been looking for! I feel I now have a super solid foundation the rest of the house can be built and decorated upon. I recommend this work to any actor (or artist for that matter) who feels like they don't have solid structures in place to approach the unknown factors and different challenges their craft will throw at them. Michael is a pleasure to work with, he is engaging and has practical methods to assist you in discovering your OWN secret sauce.”

    Jeremy Raftos

  • “I think I improved more over that month than a whole year at drama school because the teachings came from a place of empowerment. Look I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart, this felt like a turning point in my career. Maybe coincidence but I got a callback today for a big US film that I auditioned for after the first week of our class, I really utilised what we learned after the first week and it made me put down a shit hot tape! I’ll let you know how I go!! Also it was so affordable!!”

    Libby (Screen Class)

  • “I’ve read every acting book, and I loved the simplicity offered here. Human moments, living conversations in context. So much easier, which made the acting ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE. It was like a burden was lifted from my shoulders and I was free to just have fun and be present, instead of filling my head with some 12 step process. Just thank you. And it's the first time I've been taught by an actor who is actually working right now, doing projects that I admire.”

    Joshua (Screen Class)

  • “Picture this. You rock up to a class where the teacher invites you to improve, with simple, actionable tools. There's no histrionics, Mike won't force you to cry, or cajole or bully you into any process or ideology. He encourages you to improve yourself, identifying your strengths and leaving you empowered, and in control of your own destiny. So many teachers claim their method is the only way, but in Mike's class, you will make progress in a sustained, intelligent manner.”

    Alex (Screen Class)

  • “This is a class that gives you the building blocks to create a life as a working actor. It isn't about breaking someone down to build you back up, it is about using what you offer as a unique individual to design your own path and process.”

    Liv (Screen Class)
